- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a comprehensive orientation of the villa and resort facilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively arrange services, amenities, and special requests.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Spa, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
- Conduct pre-arrival and in-stay villa inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards are met.
- Arrange dining reservations, transportation, excursions, spa treatments, and special celebrations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and service requests to enhance future guest experiences.
- Provide information on resort facilities, activities, and local attractions.
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect the property's luxury hospitality standards and contribute to high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Support check-in and check-out processes when required.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure prompt corrective action.
