VIP Relationship Manager

You will recruit, onboard, and retain high-value users across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore. You will build relationships with Mandarin-speaking traders and communities, serve as a primary contact, host regional gatherings, turn user feedback into product insights, adapt communications for Chinese-speaking users with Legal guidance, and track pipeline, revenue, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-value users across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.
• Build relationships with Mandarin-speaking traders, users, community networks, industry networks, referrals, events, and inbound interest.
• Serve as each high-value user's main point of contact and involve relevant teams when needed.
• Host and attend gatherings across Greater China and the wider region.
• Turn user conversations into insight on trading behavior, competitor offers, market shifts, and product gaps.
• Adapt communications for a Chinese-speaking audience in line with Legal guidance.
• Track and report pipeline, revenues, and retention.

Requirements

• Experience in VIP account management or business development in crypto, exchanges, brokerages, or fintech.
• A credible network among high-value Mandarin-speaking traders, holders, KOLs, or trading communities, or a track record of building one.
• Native Mandarin and strong professional English.
• Understanding of regional market dynamics and how high-value users compare offerings.
• Ability to work toward volume, fee, and deposit targets.
• Knowledge of on-chain trading and DeFi.
• Judgment on local regulation and ability to work with Legal guidance.
