We're looking for a Visual Specialist to join our Marketing Team in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, you will hold the keys to the visual expression of Lyllo Casino—one of Sweden’s most playful and recognizable entertainment brands. Stepping in for a 12-month parental leave cover, you’ll have the creative freedom to experiment with cutting-edge tools, shape fresh campaign identities, and bring exciting visual concepts to life for a massive Swedish audience.

What You’ll Do

Here is where you'll make your mark:

• Shape Brand Identity: Own and develop the day-to-day visual expression for Lyllo Casino, translating strategic brand positioning into vibrant, high-impact creative assets.
  
• Produce Dynamic Content: Design and animate compelling motion graphics and static assets in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) for digital campaigns, social channels, and product touchpoints.
  
• Innovate with AI Tools: Integrate next-generation creative AI platforms—including Google’s creative ecosystem (Gemini, Imagen, Veo)—into your daily workflow to rapidly concept, storyboard, and expand creative boundaries.
  
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with the Brand Manager, Commercial Director, and brand strategists to align creative execution with commercial goals and player engagement.
  
• Deliver Localized Impact: Ensure all visual storytelling, animated overlays, and promotional creatives are culturally sharp, relevant, and engaging for the Swedish market.
  

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Core Functional Experience: A creative portfolio that demonstrates a strong visual eye, solid design sensibilities, and hands-on experience in visual design, motion design, or digital content creation (agency or lifestyle brand background is a plus).
  
• Technical & Tool Expertise: Working proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator), with a genuine enthusiasm for turning static ideas into motion.
  
• AI-Native Mindset: An active curiosity for emerging creative AI tools (such as Gemini, Imagen, and Veo) and an eagerness to use them to accelerate ideation and asset variation.
  
• Domain & Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Swedish to ensure cultural relevance in market messaging, paired with fluent professional English. (An eye for snappy conversion copywriting is a welcome bonus!).
  
• Run Together: You thrive in an open, collaborative team environment where you actively share ideas, welcome feedback, and partner closely with marketing colleagues to succeed as one squad.
  
• Show the Way: You stay curious about creative trends, explore novel design workflows, and dare to test fresh visual approaches rather than settling for standard templates.

• Work Eligibility: Due to the immediate start required for this parental leave cover, we cannot support visa sponsorship or relocation processing for this vacancy.
