At Baxter, the quality of our products and the strength of our regulatory practices directly support the patients and clinicians who rely on us. Your impact will extend across Baxter’s businesses, manufacturing network and global quality systems. You will guide enterprise priorities, investments and transformation initiatives while building scalable capabilities that improve performance and strengthen regulatory confidence.

Success will be reflected in early identification of risk, stronger operational and process performance, disciplined investment decisions, effective governance, responsible innovation, and quality capabilities built to deliver lasting business and patient impact.

  • Anticipate changes in U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and global health authority expectations, translating external developments into proactive regulatory strategies, preparedness priorities and enterprise decisions.
  • Guide enterprise risk, operating-plan and capital-investment decisions by connecting quality and regulatory priorities with patient and product risk, resilience, financial stewardship and long-term value.
  • Build a strong global leadership and talent pipeline, developing the capabilities Baxter will need across operational quality, strategic risk, data, technology and transformation while creating alignment across businesses, functions and geographies.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated success at the Vice President or comparable enterprise level, setting strategy and leading transformation across a complex global organization with measurable patient, regulatory, operational, financial and organizational impact.
  • Deep operational quality experience spanning manufacturing, supply chain, product lifecycle, quality systems, inspection readiness, remediation and continuous improvement, together with experience engaging the FDA and other global health authorities.
