Job Description

• Providing service in accordance with hotel standards in restaurant, bar, and banquet operations
• Delivering a professional and attentive guest experience
• Informing guests about menu items and assisting with their requests
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards within service areas
• Supporting daily operational flow through effective teamwork
• Ensuring guest satisfaction with a positive and solution-oriented approach

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restorant operations is preferred
• Strong communicaiton and guest relations skills
• Able to work in shifts
• Well-groomed and attentive to personal hygiene standards
• Team-oriented, responsible, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Good English communication skills are preferred
• Able to follow operational and service standards professionally
