Built by traders, for traders. Built with people like you.

WOO X is a global centralised crypto trading platform focused on liquidity, execution quality, and transparency. We bring together trading expertise and technology to build spot and perpetual futures markets, intuitive tools, and the infrastructure behind them.

As digital asset trading evolves, we’re developing a platform that gives users greater visibility and more control. If you enjoy making complex systems work better for people, we’d like to meet you.

What we’re building

A better trading experience

Details matter—from how an order executes to how a trader manages a position. Our teams work across liquidity, infrastructure, and product design to improve those experiences. Features such as Social Trading, CounterTrading, and WOO Shield give traders more ways to put their strategies into practice and manage their positions.

Transparency people can see

Our live Proof of Reserves & Liabilities dashboard provides visibility into reported platform assets and user liabilities. Merkle tree proofs let users check that their balances are included in published snapshots. We believe access to information is an essential part of building trust.

Capabilities for what comes next

We continue to develop our products and infrastructure, including through our collaboration with Payward Services, the B2B infrastructure platform from Payward, the company behind Kraken. Our focus is on turning new capabilities into practical improvements for users.

Work that brings your expertise to life

Building an exchange takes different strengths—from engineering and product to operations, risk, compliance, and business development. You could help make a system more resilient, turn user feedback into a better feature, or build a valuable business relationship.

We welcome people who ask thoughtful questions, care about their craft, and follow through. Whether your experience comes from crypto, financial services, technology, or another relevant field, we’re interested in the perspective you bring.

Fully remote, working together

All roles at WOO X are fully remote. Across locations and time zones, we rely on clear communication, shared context, and respect for each other’s time.

We look for people who take ownership and support those around them—sharing progress, raising questions, and asking for help when needed. Any role-specific location, time-zone, or coverage requirements will be discussed during hiring.
