Business Development:** - **Development** and **retention** of your client portfolio **in data/AI expertise**: prospecting, regular meetings (significant on-site presence), gathering new needs, client follow-up, - **Commercial negotiation**: rates, start date and other contractual terms. - Building a long-term business relationship. **2. Recruitment of future consultants:** In close collaboration with the recruitment team, you recruit the future consultants 🤝: - Technical and functional evaluation of candidates, - Identification of target projects, - Organization and participation in client interviews, - Salary negotiation. **3. Management and career development of consultants in your scope:** - Regular follow-up with consultants (at least one monthly meeting) - Organization of quarterly mission reviews with clients and consultants - Handling complex situations #### Qualifications **Qualifications:** - Graduate of a Bac+5 engineering or business school, or equivalent, - You have the **mindset of an entrepreneur**: your ambition is to be able to develop and manage a business 🎯 - You have a true **sales temperament** and a strong taste for hunting and client retention. - You have already worked on AI/data expertise. #### Additional information Ready to take on new challenges in a organization where it is good to work?
