Business development:** - Build and develop **your client portfolio** (new & existing). - Define and implement your **prospecting strategy**. - Get out in the **field**: prospecting, meetings, trade shows, networking... - **Gather and analyze needs** to build responses to tenders. - Take part in strategic **listings**. **2. Negotiation** - **Negotiate commercial contracts**: rates, deadlines, terms. - **Negotiate salary packages** with the talent you recruit. **3. Recruitment & consultant support:** - Work with recruiters to **select the best profiles**. - Take part in **client interviews** and **placement on the right projects**. - **Follow up and support** your consultants throughout their assignment. **4. Team management and coordination:** - **Regular follow-up** with consultants (monthly & quarterly check-ins). - Handle **complex situations** with responsiveness and benevolence. - Contribute to the **life of the agency**: afterwork events, training, remote work policy. #### Qualifications **👤 Desired profile:** - Holder of a **Bac+5** degree (master's level) - **Entrepreneurial spirit**, results-oriented and **hands-on**. - **Excellent interpersonal skills**, able to build lasting relationships. - Dynamic, tenacious, committed and with a **real business sense**. **💰 Compensation & benefits:** - **Fixed salary** depending on profile + uncapped variable pay - Meal voucher **€9.50 / day** (60% covered by the company) - Profit-sharing, remote work allowance, works council offers, etc. - Numerous events - **Rapid career development prospects** - Very **attractive** **referral bonus!** - 100% of public transport costs reimbursed #### Additional information Ready to take on new challenges in a company where it's good to work?
