Technatomy is seeking a Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant to configure Supply Chain Management receiving workflows for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) pharmacy traceability project. You work with pharmacy users, architects, and developers to translate approved receiving rules into application behavior. You support site setup, transaction reconciliation, testing, and adoption across pilot and rollout locations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configure approved Dynamics 365 SCM receiving workflows, GS1 field mappings, mobile menu-item barcode policies, and user actions within the selected receiving process.

• Document site receiving requirements, configuration decisions, and differences that require design review.

• Map SCM legal entities, sites, existing warehouses, and users to approved SAP sites and GLNs, preserving serial numbers as text and validating product and location reference data.

• Configure Dynamics workflows for missing evidence, validation failures, pending transactions, and disposition requests in accordance with approved designs. Display acceptance and disposition outcomes only after confirmation from SAP.

• Prepare functional tests covering normal receiving, missing evidence, duplicate scans, rejected actions, and role-based permissions; support acceptance with pharmacy and deployment stakeholders.

• Investigate receiving discrepancies and reconcile application transactions with SAP responses and integration records.

• Prepare configuration documentation and support demonstrations, training, site readiness, and production issue resolution.

• Demonstrate configured workflows to business users, resolve fit-gap findings with developers, and maintain configuration decisions and repeatable site setup instructions.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in ERP functional consulting, application configuration, or supply chain systems.

• Experience configuring Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, including receiving or related warehouse workflows.

• Ability to translate operational requirements into functional specifications, configuration, and test scenarios.

• Working knowledge of product and location data, transaction statuses, and application security roles.

• Experience diagnosing functional issues and reconciling transactions in an integrated application environment.

• Ability to work with business users, developers, testers, and deployment teams and maintain clear documentation.

• Ability to explain configuration behavior through business scenarios and distinguish setup, reference data, integration, and application defects during troubleshooting.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 SCM mobile receiving, GS1 application identifiers, and scanner and device certification scenarios.

• Familiarity with SAP integration, pharmacy operations, or pharmaceutical traceability.

• Relevant Dynamics 365 functional consultant certification.

• Prior experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other Federal agency applications or projects.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

CLEARANCE:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

WORK LOCATION:

• Remote
