*High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate
*Ability/willingness to learn/participate in food preparation inventory and ordering or other assigned work related duties
*Ability/willingness to work the register
*Competent performance in/demonstrates ability to learn the following:
*Follow standardized recipes
*Adjust recipes for desired yield
*Use Food Buying Guide
*Complete paperwork with meal counts and food items used

• Assistant: $19.19 - $21.50 hourly, depending on years of service
