Responsibilities The Opportunity Senior Manager, Finance Analytics & Data Strategy to lead the intersection between Corporate FP&A leadership and high-scale Data Engineering. In this strategic leadership role, you will act as the primary Finance Business Partner across all corporate finance functions—driving the vision, architecture, and deployment of enterprise-grade financial data solutions, automated reporting products, and Databricks Lakehouse data models.Combining deep financial acumen (p&l profitability, allocations, closing cycles) with hands-on data engineering expertise (Databricks, PySpark, SQL, Unity Catalog). You will translate strategic FP&A requirements into scalable technical roadmaps, enabling self-service analytics for corporate leadership. Your Impact Professional with hard skills in finance and a focus on technology/digital transformation/integrating the finance ecosystem/IT for finance/Knowledge and implementation of Finance 4.0. A professional who integrates all financial processes in the area, utilizing various technologies for process optimization, improved decision-making, and reducing workload for the team to be closer to the business. A professional adept at stakeholder management (internal and external) to map global-level processes before determining automation, identifying new tools, and integration. Knowledgeable in statistical modeling, data segmentation for billing, blockchain planning processes, real-time expense tracking – determining appropriate tools for use. Data science expertise, understanding tools, and how to apply them in the process and integrate – business knowledge, application of finance expertise with experience in financial modeling. Proven expertise in Analytics (Power BI, Big Data, AI, Blockchain). Experience in creating a Data Lake for Finance: mapping and data ingestion in collaboration with teams. Program management for training and empowering finance users in Power Platforms tools: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Query. Project management and creation of automated/connected financial dashboards in Power BI linked to the data lake, aiming for cost savings generation. Implementation of robots in various finance processes. Construction of the data platform, centralizing information consumption in a single platform with the goal of integrating the finance ecosystem. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Leading Data Engineering, Analytics Business Partnership, or FP&A Technology Transformation within enterprise environments. Financial Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of FP&A workflows, SAP S/4HANA (CO/FI/SD/MM), multi-dimensional profitability allocations, month-end closing cycles, and executive financial reporting. Data Engineering & Architecture: Expert-level proficiency in Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, DLT), Advanced SQL, Python, PySpark, Star Schema Data Modeling, and Medallion Architecture. Orchestration & DevOpsHands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Airflow DAGs, Databricks Workflows, and Git CI/CD pipelines (GitHub / Azure DevOps). BI & GenAI TechnologiesPower BI, Tableau, Databricks AI/BI, Databricks Genie Agents (Text-to-SQL), and automated financial reconciliations.
