Human Resources Technician Exam for Eligibility Promotional / Open Competitive

Job Summary

The job of Human Resources Technician is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the educational process with specific responsibilities for performing technical human resources duties in support of the classified service, recruitment, selection, employee relations, human resources policies, rules, and legislation; coordinating human resources daily activities; and coordinating with other departments, associations and Personnel Commission for services for employees.

Requirements / Qualifications

Applicant is required to have any combination of education and experience equivalent three years
of experience in a human resources role or an employment office.

This recruitment is open to both current district employees and outside applicants. Qualified promotional candidates will receive priority consideration. Open competitive candidates will be considered once the top three eligible promotional candidates have been exhausted, in accordance with Personnel Commission rules.
