Job Description
Our HR Team is seeking a current student pursuing a major in Human Resources or a related field to join us as an intern. This internship will give you the chance to gain general knowledge of Human Resources through hands-on involvement in many of the HR initiatives. These include recruitment, onboarding and compliance - just to name a few.
The HR Intern will perform a number of projects including:
- Recruiting candidates by sourcing and screening applicants from job boards and our applicant tracking system, ADP Recruiting Management
- Query reports for attrition analysis in ADP Enterprise
- File employee documents electronically in KwikTag
- Assists with various HR related initiatives in support of the workflow process, learning our management systems, and gaining knowledge of the federal guidelines with FAA, TSA and OFCCP
- Coordinate and conduct an HR records compliance analysis
- Assist with employee relations investigations
