The IT Demand Manager is the first point of contact for our businesses (internal customers) when planning new IT initiatives.
The main role is to accompany the customer from the submission of the project idea to the development of the business case to the approval and prioritization of the overall IT project portfolio.
- Several years of professional experience in IT demand-/ project management.
- Excellent methodological skills.
- Strong moderation, communication, and presentation skills at all levels.
- Hands-on mentality, conflict resolution skills, conceptual and analytical strength as well as careful working methods, high level of motivation, personal responsibility, and resilience.
- Degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Very good language skills in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of German will be as an asset.
