Why This Role Matters

Technology projects fail when scope drifts, risks go unspoken, and stakeholders lose visibility. This role prevents that. As IT Project Manager, you own the full project lifecycle across IT, Security, Platform Engineering, and Intelligent Automation initiatives — keeping teams aligned, leadership informed, and delivery on track across multiple complex projects simultaneously. The work you manage directly enables the organization’s strategic and operational goals.

What You'll Actually Do

Own the full project lifecycle: Manage all phases from intake and kick-off through planning, execution, and closeout — controlling schedule, scope, quality, cost, and performance risks across multiple concurrent projects.

Build clarity around scope and requirements: Work with stakeholders and business owners to define project objectives, surface requirements, and establish alignment before work begins.

Develop and maintain project documentation: Create and keep current project plans, schedules, budgets, RACI charts, and logs covering risks, issues, actions, decisions, communication plans, change requests, and lessons learned.

Keep stakeholders informed: Facilitate project communication across end users, technical teams, and stakeholders — surfacing risks, delays, and concerns proactively before they affect outcomes.

Run structured status meetings: Lead regular stakeholder meetings that keep requirements in view and decisions moving forward.

Prepare executive-facing reporting: Develop and deliver status reports and presentations for senior leadership in collaboration with technical team members.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Team

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, or equivalent experience; years of experience may substitute for degree field
• 3+ years of project management experience managing diverse teams and complex projects
• Experience with project initiation in a large technology or digital environment
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience developing and managing project artifacts: plans, schedules, RACI charts, risk and issue logs, and change requests
• Understanding of value-driven outcomes and metrics in a technology project context
