You need:
- 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in payroll or related fields;
- Very good proficiency in both English and French is essential;
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, concepts, and statutory requirements, with a focus on accuracy and compliance;
- Proven ability to handle payroll processing tasks, while ensuring attention to detail and adherence to regulations;
- Good knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations relevant to the assigned country;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.
