Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced RN Evening Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight during evening hours. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, supervising nursing staff, supporting regulatory compliance, and promoting a safe, positive environment for residents and team members.

Typical Schedule: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (some flexibility available)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during evening operations
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with nursing standards
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes
• Receive and implement physician orders
• Oversee care plan implementation and resident outcomes
• Coordinate staffing assignments and workflow
• Monitor infection prevention and safety practices
• Investigate and document incidents and accidents
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the nursing team
