Description
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce (Admin or low‑code developer); Apex/LWC not required (nice to have)
- Hands-on CI/CD & DevOps experience: Copado, DevOps Center, Jenkins, Gearset or similar, including pipeline design and optimization
- Strong experience in Salesforce deployments: strategies (org-based vs source-driven), branching models, promotion flows
- Experience troubleshooting deployment issues: metadata conflicts, dependencies, pipeline failures, rollbacks
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce metadata model and platform limitations in CI/CD context
- Practical knowledge of DevOps & Salesforce tooling: SFDX, Git (branching, merging, tagging), VS Code
- Understanding of Salesforce security and data model concepts
- Strong analytical / problem-solving skills (root cause analysis)
- Advanced English communication skills
