Senior Manager Ecosystem Growth

You will lead builder-support programs from founder sourcing and selection through funding, launch, and growth. You will manage senior program and community managers, set strategy and metrics, evaluate portfolio performance, partner across functions, use AI and automation for scalable operations, and engage the builder community at events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop senior program managers and community managers
• Set team strategy, goals, metrics, planning, and reporting rhythms
• Own the builder funnel from founder sourcing through selection, funding, launch, and growth
• Oversee go-to-market support, mentorship, liquidity awards, and security-audit funding programs
• Partner with Business Development, Developer Relations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
• Define and report portfolio performance measures
• Use AI tools and automation to scale review, tracking, and reporting
• Engage the builder community and represent the organization at events

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ecosystem growth, venture or accelerator programs, grant programs, or startup and developer programs, including 3+ years managing people
• Experience building and developing teams, including hiring, coaching, setting expectations, and managing performance
• Experience running a funding, investment, or accelerator program at scale, including team selection, diligence, and portfolio management
• Working knowledge of blockchain and crypto, including smart contracts, wallets, DeFi, and on- and off-ramps
• Judgment about early-stage teams and products
• Ability to define metrics, build or direct dashboards, and use evidence to change course
• Operational process design at high volume
• Written and spoken communication with executives, founders, and a public community
• Comfort with ambiguity
