Senior .NET Core / Azure Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior .NET Core / Azure Developer with strong technical and leadership skills to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level applications using C#, .NET Core, and Microsoft Azure services.

The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in application development, Azure cloud engineering, REST API development, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. The candidate must be capable of independently managing technical responsibilities, leading development activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using .NET Core and C#.
  

• Develop, maintain, and optimize secure and scalable REST APIs.
  

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Azure services.
  

• Work with Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Key Vault, and Azure API Management (APIM).
  

• Design database schemas and develop complex SQL queries.
  

• Perform SQL query optimization and ensure database performance and data integrity.
  

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  

• Implement application containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
  

• Troubleshoot application and cloud-related issues and ensure system reliability.
  

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  

• Provide technical leadership, guide development activities, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  

• Strong experience in .NET Core and C# development.
  

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure development services.
  

• Experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and APIM.
  

• Strong REST API development and integration experience.
  

• Strong SQL development, query writing, and performance tuning skills.
  

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  

• Experience working in Agile development environments.
  

• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

• Ability to independently handle enterprise application development and cloud engineering responsibilities.
  

• Apache Kafka.
  

• Retail domain experience, particularly Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  

• Java, Spring Boot, and Maven.
  

• Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  

• YAML configuration and pipeline management.
  

• Advanced Postman experience.
  

• Must be a senior-level developer with strong leadership capabilities.
  

• Must be willing to work onsite in Grand Rapids, MI.
  

• Must be willing to relocate if not currently local.
  

• Must have valid work authorization.
