Sr. HR Specialist, AIS HRP Team, AIS HRP Team

Description
This role sits on the Data Center's People Foundations team, which owns the Data Center's time, pay, and people-infrastructure demand signal. The team turns diffuse requirements from across the DC network into delivered, compliant solutions by working through the central teams that own each domain (TimeHub, Workforce Solutions, Payroll, Compensation, policy, and Benefits), then operationalizing the result with the business. The team is small and specialist. It builds the standards and mechanisms the network runs on, and partners with those owner teams to make sure the data center use case is built in, not bolted on.
You own how people-infrastructure needs get gathered from the field across the network and see them through to delivery. You gather what the business actually needs across every workstream, translate it into structured requirements, and partner with the central owner teams to land real solutions, running against the prioritization criteria and roadmapping mechanisms the function sets. You are fungible by design: one week you're supporting a site launch, the next a retrofit or closure, the next carrying a time and pay requirement into the owner teams or building something net-new for how DC operations run. You go where the highest-value problem sits, and you're trusted to size it, work it, and see it through. You're based in the EU, and where the work calls for on-the-ground regional support, your focus is EMEA and APJC.
Specifically, you will support the full site lifecycle (launches, retrofits, closures, and replacements) so the people experience holds through every transition; support accurate time and pay for the DC population by bringing clear requirements to the timekeeping and payroll owner teams and helping operationalize the fixes; and take a solution proven in one market and help turn it into the standard other markets adopt, so the network solves once rather than rebuilding in parallel. This is a net-new operating model for the data centers, so you'll help stand up the mechanisms as you run them.
Key job responsibilities
• Own how the people-infrastructure demand signal gets gathered from the field across every workstream: translate needs into structured build requirements, and drive each one through to a delivered, compliant solution rather than letting it resurface as a post-launch defect.
• Support the full site lifecycle (launches, retrofits, closures, and replacements), making sure people transitions are planned before the physical work begins, not after; where on-the-ground support is needed, your focus is EMEA and APJC.
• Support accurate time and pay for the DC population: bring clear, well-structured requirements to the timekeeping and payroll owner teams and partner with them to operationalize solutions through launches and site transitions.
• Partner with the owner teams (TimeHub, Workforce Solutions, Payroll, Compensation, policy, and Benefits) as a single, reliable point of contact: bring them the data center use case early, work alongside them to land it, and track progress so requirements arrive as delivered solutions.
• Solve once, apply everywhere: take a problem worked to a solution in one market and help turn it into the standard other markets adopt, running against the mechanisms and standards the function sets.
• Surface risks in the intake-to-delivery pipeline early and work them to resolution with the owner teams, so a gap is closed before it becomes a compliance issue or business disruption.
• Flex across the team's workstreams as priorities shift, taking on the highest-value problem wherever it sits.
