The Supply Chain Manager oversees rough cut capacity planning and procurement coordination – ensuring efficiency and optimization while aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage supply plans based on demand forecasts to balance supply and demand across production sites
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and mitigate supply chain risks
- Monitor inventory levels and track production vs plan to ensure the plants are achieving the appropriate customer service level
- Collaborate with production, procurement, demand, and logistics teams to align on a balanced, achievable plan for execution
- Analyze supply chain performance, generate reports, and present insights to senior management
- Track supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, Operational Efficiency and Optimal Inventory to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead scenario planning to assess potential disruptions and develop contingency strategies
- Support implementation and optimization of supply chain software
- Responsible for driving and facilitating the Supply Review as part of the SIOP process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
- Proficiency with SAP ERP system as well as analytical, data interpretation and reporting skills
- 3-5 years of experience in supply planning or related roles
- Relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
