Responsibilities
Ready To Turn Workforce Data Into Staffing Decisions That Keep Member Services Running at Its Best?
Why This Role Matters
When staffing is off — even by a little — members wait longer and service levels slip. As part of the WFM & Operations team, you’re the analytical engine behind Member Services and Live Services staffing, scheduling, and performance reporting. You don’t just pull numbers; you identify trends, flag gaps in real time, and give leadership the insights they need to act before service levels fall short.
What You'll Actually Do
Own performance reporting end-to-end: Produce and maintain daily, weekly, and month-end business unit performance reports — accurate, on time, and built for the stakeholders who rely on them.
Analyze and forecast staffing needs: Model headcount requirements against engaged members, attrition, special projects, and holidays — keeping current and forecasted FTE data accurate and actionable.
Monitor real-time service level performance: Track daily and interval performance, identify root causes when gaps appear, and prepare recommendations for schedule adjustments that address service level issues before they compound.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools: Develop self-service reporting infrastructure for internal stakeholders — and train them to use it so operational insight doesn’t bottleneck through one person.
Deliver ad-hoc analysis and recommendations: Respond to data requests from Member and Live Services leadership, analyze team member and category-level metrics, and surface trends worth acting on.
Maintain data integrity across all sources: Identify, research, and resolve data quality issues to ensure every report and dashboard reflects accurate, trustworthy data.
