(Senior) Sales Manager Europe– DataPilot (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Sales Manager for DataPilot at COMPREDICT, you will drive adoption of our SaaS platform for automated vehicle data processing among engineering teams and data scientists at automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and companies in adjacent industries. You will own the full sales cycle — from a customer's first free trial to a multi-year enterprise subscription — and play a pivotal role in scaling DataPilot's footprint internationally., Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy for DataPilot in the automotive market, converting free-trial users into paying customers and driving new subscription revenue. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs discovery with engineering teams, running trials and PoCs, commercial negotiation, and contract closure. Leverage COMPREDICT's existing relationships with OEMs and Tier 1s and build new ones with engineering teams across the domains of durability engineering, vehicle dynamics, vehicle validation, and data science / AI. Market Expansion and Development: Identify new growth opportunities for DataPilot within automotive as well as adjacent industries such as manufacturing, defense, and robotics. Collaborate with internal stakeholders — CEO, CRO, Product and Marketing teams — to shape DataPilot's value proposition, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for targeted segments.
