Amplify is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales Intern to join our team this summer and help us connect the educators, school districts, and families who can benefit most from our innovative educational products with the solutions that will transform their K–12 learning experience. This paid, remote 10-week internship offers the chance to make a real impact on products used by millions of students and teachers.
If you're comfortable with communication, persuasion, and consultative selling, and you're genuinely curious about how relationship-building drives customer success and long-term growth, this could be a perfect fit for you. The ideal candidates will love identifying opportunities, bring a collaborative, ask-questions-first energy to your work, and feel excited to help expand Amplify's reach and impact for K–12 learners.
Though remote, interns will join a 2-day in-person experience at Amplify HQ in Brooklyn, NY. Throughout the program, interns will engage with Amplify's culture via product demos, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives, plus grow through a virtual speaker series featuring Amplify executives, additional product demos, and dedicated mentorship.
While our summer intern roles are remote positions, interns must be authorized to work in the US, reside in the US for the internship's duration, and be available full-time for the entire program, June 7 – August 13, 2027.
Key responsibilities may include:
Support the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and lead generation through outreach, qualification, pipeline management, and deal progression — across Amplify's portfolio of educational products
Help identify new business opportunities, target accounts, and key decision-makers within school districts, charter networks, and educational institutions to expand Amplify's customer base
Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product to align sales messaging, support go-to-market initiatives, and ensure a seamless customer journey from prospect to close
Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and outreach cadences tailored to the specific needs and priorities of prospective customers
Contribute to CRM data management, pipeline reporting, account research, and sales enablement resources to support a high-performing and organized sales operation
Track sales activity metrics, pipeline health, and market trends to help the team identify patterns, prioritize opportunities, and refine outreach strategies
Participate in sales team meetings, product demonstrations, and customer-facing calls to build knowledge of Amplify's products, competitive positioning, and consultative sales approach
What we can offer you:
Direct exposure to sales tools, methodologies, and best practices used in EdTech
Real-world sales challenges that directly influence Amplify's growth and mission impact
Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams across the organization
Contributions to meaningful business development and revenue growth initiatives in a mission-driven environment
Mentorship from industry professionals at the forefront of EdTech sales and go-to-market strategy
