Job Description Start date: ASAP Length: About 8 weeks, depending on the final start date Hours: Up to 30 hours per week Location: Remote, working EST or CST hours Rate: $60/hr Engagement: W2 contract Job Description Our client needs a Media Project Manager to keep work moving through the busy holiday promotional season. This is a client-facing role. You’ll manage asset and creative deliverables and their deadlines, make sure the right materials come in from the client, and work with the client teams to adjust when they don’t. You’ll then hand those assets off to the right internal teams. You’ll run it all in Asana, keeping workflow and timelines on track while the pace picks up. Key responsibilities: Manage asset and creative deliverables and deadlines Confirm accurate materials have been received from the client, and work with client teams to make adjustments when needed Hand off assets to internal teams Use Asana to manage workflow and timelines through the holiday promotional period Qualifications 4+ years managing projects, traffic, or production in a media or marketing agency Comfortable in a client-facing role Able to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Hands-on experience with Asana or a similar project management tool Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with holiday or retail promotional calendars is a plus Available during EST or CST hours Additional Information We Are Rosie provides strategic consulting and talent solutions for the marketing industry.
